JACK magazine is a commissioned work developed for Meredith Corporation, in affiliation with the University of Missouri's magazine program. I worked with a team of editors, designers and publishers to conceive and develop JACK, and then presented the final product to a group of Meredith professionals. The JACK experience is primarly a digital (iPad and online), interactive format with a print supplement.
The JACK team won First Place in AEJMC's "Start-up Magazine Project: Team" category.
Specifically, I designed multiple iPad features and was responsible for all the photography production (directing, editing, and shooting), much of which we had to produce ourselves being Meredith's first exculsively Men's magazine.
