Hayley is a multi-platform, visual journalist, editor and creative producer based in New York. She holds a Master's in Visual Journalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She formally worked on the visuals team at NPR in Washington D.C., the photo department at Rolling Stone magazine in New York, and as an editor and producer for ABC News. Hayley continues to work as a freelance visual journalist, editor, and creative producer for international media outlets and publications.
Originally from the midwest, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in English and Art History with a specialization in American Cultures and Global Contexts. She has traveled throughout Europe, Central and South America, and worked in film production in London, Chicago, and Los Angeles before pursuing a graduate degree in journalism and media studies. Hayley has a special interest in exploring cultural identity and social representations through music and art counter cultures. She also really, really likes pizza.
Hayley is currently based in Brooklyn NY but also works out of Los Angeles and Kansas City.
